What To Expect
At Mindful Meadow, my goal is to create a supportive and nurturing space for exploring strength, flexibility, and healing. Through a blend of movement, breathwork, and meditation, I tailor each practice to the unique needs of my students, helping to encourage both physical and inner growth.
Giving Back
I believe yoga is a practice of generosity – that’s why I choose to donate 10% of my income. A portion of every class and private session will go to charitable causes.
